Frequently Asked Questions

What are the system requirements?

1. This program is best viewed on Mozilla Firefox and Windows Internet Explorer web browsers.
2. Requires the use of speakers or headphones to listen to audio.
3. Check to make sure there is a printer plugged into your computer.
4. You must have a flash player installed in your browser.
5. JavaScript needs to be enabled in your browser.

Nothing happens when I load the first page. (The audio file doesn't start playing and no images are appearing within the white box). What can I do?

If you are using Internet Explorer, the browser may be blocking the active content. You might notice a yellow bar at the top of the window has popped up that says: "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer..." If this is the case, click on the bar and select the "Allow Blocked Content" option from the small menu that appears. A security warning dialogue box should appear asking if you are sure you want to let this file run active content. Select "Yes."

I lost my Internet connection while going through the program, and now I'm having a problem viewing one of the pages or listening to the audio. How can I fix this?

The problem should be easily fixed if you clean out your browser cache.

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools | Internet Options | Delete Files.
In Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools | Options | Privacy | Clear Cache.
